Refund & Returns

Exchange and Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of major physical damages or incorrect items received.

  • These sarees are handwoven so thread pulls, dye stains ,tassels color changes etc. are common and those are not considered as damage.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect items.

Initiating an Exchange

  • To request an exchange, contact us at houseofaaradhya@gmail.com with your order details.

  • If approved, we will share the return instructions.

  • Items sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Contact us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • An unboxing video is compulsory for verification.

Non-Eligible Return/Exchange Scenarios:

  • Our product images are professionally shot under ambient lighting with minimal editing. Minor variations in color or contrast may occur due to differences in screen settings or lighting conditions. Such variations are not considered valid grounds for return or exchange.

  • Our products are handwoven by skilled artisans. As with all handcrafted products, slight variations or natural imperfections (such as tassel color or weave irregularities) may occur. These are inherent to the craft and add to the product’s traditional charm, and therefore do not qualify for return or exchange.

  • Requests based on change of mind, color, transparency, or fabric feel, or exchange for a different product are not accepted as valid reasons for return or exchange

  • Tassel color/size may vary due to availability. No return or replacement for tassel variations.

Important Notes

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping charges for exchanged items.

  • As our products are handloom, exclusive, and premium, they are not mass-produced or easily restocked.

  • In such cases, exchanges may be offered with an alternative product.

  • In rare circumstances, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests will NOT be accepted once the purchase is confirmed.

  2. Please place your order carefully in order to avoid any issues.
