  • Tracking details will be shared via email/whatsapp once your order is shipped.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Change of Address / Contact Details / Unavailability

  • Orders will be delivered strictly to the address provided at checkout.

  • Kindly provide an active contact number, as the courier partner may attempt a call at the time of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unavailability of the recipient.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
